Run the front door
from your phone.
Residents, contractor codes and every call at the door, in one portal. Add a new tenant in a minute, let the cleaner in with a code, and see what happened at the door yesterday — without an engineer, a handset or a key safe.
Works on any phone or computer. Nothing to install.
With a traditional intercom, every change of tenant is a call-out. With Buzz-In it is a minute on your phone.
Everything the door needs, nothing it doesn’t.
Add and remove flats yourself. Each flat gets its own sign-up link, and you approve anyone who asks to join one. Someone moves out — make a new link and the old one stops working. No engineer visit.
Who rang which flat, whether it was answered, and whether the door opened. Attempts turned away — a visitor too far from the building — are recorded too, so a quiet day is never a mystery.
Give cleaners, trades and couriers their own door code, for a day, a week or until you switch it off. Each is labelled, so the log says whose code opened the door.
See at a glance which residents’ phones will ring when a visitor calls, and who still needs to switch alerts on — before somebody misses a delivery.
Choose how close a visitor must be to ring, and whether someone who won’t share their location can still call, marked as unconfirmed to the resident.
Coming soon. For residents without a smartphone: when the app goes unanswered, the door rings their own phone instead — mobile or landline.
Residents’ privacy, built in.
Buzz-In takes a photo of each visitor for the resident they called. You see that a call happened and how it ended — not the photo, and not who visits whom. You run the door; their visitors stay their business.
Inside the portal.
How you get it.
A Buzz-In installer adds a small controller to the door release already there and puts the QR code placard up. Usually in an afternoon.
At handover the installer adds you as the building’s manager, and you get an email to set up your sign-in.
Put in the flats, send each its sign-up link, and the door is live. From then on it is yours to run.
